Our Timeline Suggestions

Have a runsheet:
1. After signing of the registry, allow 15-20 minutes for mix & mingle
2. Allow 2 – 2.5 hrs for photos plus travel
3. MC announcement of the arrival of Bride & Groom and housekeeping will take approx 15 minutes.
4. Start of mains to start of desert – 45 minutes.
5. Allow 25 minutes for desert.

Placement of speeches is very important and can be arranged around this very basic but successful time schedule. We ask you to take into consideration that lengthy speeches can affect quality of food and staffing costs. Our suggestion is that the majority of speec hes be held after desert.
